Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our Website as they contain important information. All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions as detailed below. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Chic Interiors reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions at any time.
When using our Website, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge and agree that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Chic Interiors strives to source products that are quality and try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. If you believe that any of our products are not of a satisfactory quality you must immediately notify us on ????. We may require clear photographs of any alleged defects for assessment purposes.
To place an order we require the following details: name, contact telephone number, email address,credit/debit card number and card expiry date.To confirm an order online you will receive a confirmation email. We will make every effort to complete every order, however there are exceptions that are out of the control of Chic Interiors which included but not limited to products being out of stock, discontinued and thus unavailable, products being priced or described in error, if authorisation cannot be obtained for payment, customer failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
We reserve the right to cancel any pending purchases at any time.
Lead times may be between 7 to 13 weeks on certain pieces of furniture. We will contact you within 7 weeks with an expected date of delivery to us.
We regret that any orders placed for furniture cannot be refunded and/or returned. Any orders that are received damaged will of course be rectified and/or replaced. Any costs or damage incurred during transport are non-refundable. The customer bears all return delivery costs.
Product images are for representation purposes only and cannot reflect true colours or scale.
Customers should note that many products supplied by us are manufactured by hand using natural material and traditional process. This may result in variations in the finished appearance and slight deviations in stated measurements.
Payment for all orders must be made at the point of sale and not at the point of despatch. The total cost of your order is the sum of the product price plus delivery charges which vary according to location. All goods must be paid for in full before collection or delivery. Where goods are to be ordered, we require payment in full for goods under £500.00 and for goods over £500.00 we require 50% deposit at the time of order and the balance paid at least 24hrs before delivery.
All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If for any reason the issuer of your credit/debit card does not authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non – delivery. By purchasing from Chic Interiors the customer indemnifies Chic Interiors against any liabilities that may be caused by misuse of products sold by Chic Interiors.
We can provide 2 man deliveries where goods are taken into the room required, unpackaged (packing material removed) and assembled (if appropriate). The exact delivery price will be confirmed when a delivery address is provided.
We will always try and deliver furniture within two weeks of receiving it into our premises on a convenient day for both parties. You will be contacted to arrange a date and time of delivery.
If an item is received in a damaged condition the customer must inform the driver and telephone Chic Interiors immediately (leaving a voice message if outside office hours). If the customer fails to notify us immediately upon delivery, a replacement and refund may not be offered.
